I noticed this seal on my paper bags from Central Market. Is there really a paper bag council? How do you get on it? If that is your job, do you actually tell people? After noticing this on my CM bags, I checked a bag from Whole Foods. No seal! Not only is Whole Foods more expensive than Central Market, they send you home with sub-par bags. Hmm.
