Whales!

Well, here it is, Happy Monday again. This week's happy place is a whale-watching cruise we took off the coast of Maine in 2003. If you have never done this, I really recommend it. It is pretty amazing to see big giant whales swimming along beside you so gracefullly. It's very peaceful. (It's not easy to get a picture of them though, as you can see). We also saw dolphins and puffins and various other birds. I love Maine. I think it is my favorite state. It also has mountians and lakes and loons and lobster and the best blueberries ever.
