Quick Soup Update

The Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice soup is even better left-over. It gets all nice and thick in the fridge overnight. Mmmmm. I will be very sad when it's gone.

I have been making bean and rice soup. I get those mixed up beans in a package, soak them overnight in baking soda, drain them, add brown or wild rice and whatever flavoring/broth you like and then cook all day in a crock pot. Yummy! Also, next time you make linquine, if you ever do .. :) add a can of cream of chicken soup to the alfredo sauce. That's pretty good too. Hope you aren't freezing to death!!
