
I wanted to make a red pepper bisque like I recently had at
Tuscarora Mill , so I got some red peppers at the farmers market on Saturday and used
this recipe. First of all, roasting peppers on the stove is fun! Also, the soup was pretty good and even Daphne liked it.

I think it could have been thicker, and it didn't really need the shrimp. But I will definitely make this again. And I don't even like red peppers. I combined some goat cheese and cream in the food processor to make a "goat cheese mousse" to put in the soup. I think that was my favorite part. Thank you, goats.
