It is actually delicious sausage-stuffed eggplant. Recipe here. Eggplants are in season, so I got a couple nice ones at the farmers market on Saturday. These turned out really good, and are a great way to use leftover spaghetti sauce.
This is the lavender sachet pillow I made out of Daphne's embroidery. It is very poorly constructed, but it is sort of cute and it smells good. Today is "Blast Off," Daphne's little space class. It's in the smelly building at 10:00. I am bringing my knitting supplies and perhaps a nose plug.
