During our vacation, we visited Yellowstone National Park and went to Old Faithful. It was pretty cool to watch the geyser erupt, but there were thousands of tourists there and Daphne wasn't on her best behavior. After spending the better part of the morning in a carseat in the back of a minivan, she just wanted to be free, so we had to let her run. And run. And run. It wore us out. But she had a great time. Anyway, here is this week's vacation-related Top Five:
Top Five Cool but Super-Touristy Things I'm Glad I've Done
- Rode the London Eye
- Took a tour of Alcatraz
- Went on a whale-watching cruise in Maine
- Went to the top of the Trade Center in NYC
- Rode the cog train to the top of Pike's Peak
