Day Five

Day Five was Decorate the Tree, and with it came the new Pink Martini Christmas CD to make it more festive. It is a REALLY good CD, and I recommend it if you are sick of the usual Christmas music in the mall and the grocery store.

Before the decorating, Daphne got her surprise four-and-a-half cupcake. She was pretty happy about that.

She did her important job - putting the angel on the tree - and this year, she didn't have to sit on Kev's head. I was pretty happy about that.

And by the end of the night, we had a tree. It is so pretty. This morning, I got to sit by it and drink my coffee in total silence for about ten minutes. No better way to start the day.
