Coolest Kid on the Block

Here is Daphne Claire in a T-Shirt I made with my new screen-printing skills from Make. If you don't know, that's the great Elvis Costello on there. I bet she is the only baby in town with an Elvis Costello shirt. Screen printing is fun, and actually requires no skills or talent whatsoever, just some patience and a tolerance for the smell of ModPodge. Rock on, little Peanut.

Hey -- that turned out nicely!

I think E. Costello [sounds like a bacteria] fans would recognize him from the shirt.

What a hip kid!

cool. i would love to make my own t shirts. i would make one with a picture of my self one the front with my name on the back. that would really impress people i think. you can go somewhere to do this? i wonder if there are similar places in NA.

Foo: It's cheap and easy and you can do it at home. And the good thing is, once you make your screen, you can use it over and over, so you can make Foo T-shirts for you and all of your friends, family, and co-workers. A great Christmas gift idea! I suggest you make T-shirts of the Halloween Boogie Nights-looking Foo. I'd wear one. Let me know if you want me to send you directions on how to make a screen. If you have a Wal-Mart, you're all set.

I like the idea of the christmas gift(s). I will make a giant picture of my head for all of my loved ones.

If it isn't too much trouble, I would like to know.

on a completely differnt note, I scooted around my daughter in a laundry basket yesterday al la "the daddy train" or what ever you guys call it. she seemed to like it pretty well, although I wished we had started sooner. she just started walking and i think she wanted to be walkign aroun herself.

maybe soon she will be pulling me around....

anyway, thanks for the idea.

Foo: I will write up the directions for you next weekend and send them back to IN with Brad's mom...she'll be here for Thanksgiving. That'll give you plenty of time to design and make Foo-Head shirts for all!

I would like a copy of the directions as well. As I can think of at least 7 and a half things to put on a shirt right now!

OK,, Brad, but if I give you this information, you must use it for good and not evil. No making t-shirts of cuss-words.

By the way, I am thinking of making some LarryFeathers shirts to sell just in time for the holidays!

I will let your screenprint technique put the yin back in my yang.
