Quick Question

What are these things the kids call "blackberries?"

UPDATE: So, Marty provided a link to a website via the comments (thanks, Marty!), and now I can tell you that a blackberry is a device which can offer me wireless solutions to meet my unique needs. Uh...OK. But what does it DO? Sadly, I don't think there are wireless solutions to any of my unique needs.

I prefer the fruit.

Blackberries are bigger than raspberries and black on the outside. If you squish it the juice is purplish. There are lots of seeds as with raspberries but there is no hole in the middle. Blackberries are very expensive but worth buying at least once just for a taste. They would go great in your yogurt parfaits. If you can't find any near you, I can bring you home some when we see you. Enjoy!

Umm, thanks for the info Dar. But I think she meant the handheld electronic gadget of mystery, not the fruit.

We have blackberries here (the fruit, not the gadget). But they are large and tart and are not nearly as good as the blackcaps that we used to pick over at Papa's garden.

Now I think its time for one Fabulous Fruit Breakfast Parfait.

Blackberries the fruit are great when you can find good small ones. Mmm...I could go for a nice blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream.

A Blackberry is the ability to pay $40 per month to work more. Often described as a "Crackberry" by upset spouses.
